Created, produced and written by Rhys Thomas
Following the success of BRIAN PERN, which had come to a natural end, Rhys wanted to write a new comedy starring a real musician playing themselves, in the style of a spoof South Bank Show or Imagine documentary. Gary and Martin were the perfect fit. The show was a smash hit and shown promoted from BBC Four to BBC Two.
